The company Skol Ltd. has a assembly department, whose skilled workers are able to complete a plethora of smaller or medium-sized assemblies. Produced projects are assembly lines of bandsaw blades for a number of Italian buyers, ratchets, locks and a lot of examples from various sectors. One of the specific cases of complete assemblies is also a project of a controller for rotary printing machines. Production of components for mechanical regulators began in 2005, but recently the company realized a delivery of multiple doses of complete assemblies: the accuracy of key entities move in IT5 – IT6, during production was also fine-tuned the design of a specific set of springs due to the required size of the load, thus the proper function of the regulator. The assembly is surface treated with black oxide – a chemical modification of steel surfaces for improving the appearance and (partially) corrosion resistance.
