Machine Parameters
Department of CNC milling is located in the middle of the production hall and includes five precision machining centers: one four-axis horizontal (Daewoo ACE HP500) – Indexed (1 °) fourth axis of rotation and two-pallet system for machining hydraulic blocks, gearbox housings, filter housings and similar types of products. Universal CNC milling works permit three classic vertical CNC centers (OKUMA MX45V, Hyundai SPT V800 and Doosan Mynx 6500 – with the table size 1400×670 mm) and most recently installed highly productive Dugard Akira RMV500APC, which is deployed due to two-pallet solutions at larger series of pieces.
