SKOL Company Ltd.own twelve powerful CNC lathes. The first part consists of five rod CNC machines equipped with feeders of metallurgical materials that are usually used for a series of hundreds or tens of thousands of pieces, from diameters in the range of about 3-25 mm (Gildemeister GLD-16 and Gildemeister GLD-25) in the range of 25- 65mm (GS Index 42 Index GE 42), the latest investment in the lathe machine park is an extremely powerful and accurate horizontal lathe of a new generation of bar machines – Doosan Puma 2100SY, equipped with driven tools and a counter.
CNC flange lathes are formed by three machines Hyundai (HIT-8, HiT-18 and HIT-30), two generation timeless Mori Seiki SL-25, the latest investment was Hwacheon Hi-Tech 550 with a CNC-controlled bezel and driven tools, used for the production of the biggest components. Last lathe – Fermat SF 43/1000 is specifically used for finishing particular piece series.
